Our Company

"We envision to lead in the resurgence of maritime training efficiency". We are a newly organized training center operated by certified, competent and seasoned group of managers, instructors and staff.
It was established with the idea of providing training upgrades and solutions demanded by the maritime industry. RTC was started by a group of maritime experts on early 2011. The founding members have spent most of their professional career dedicated to the quest of higher standards in maritime education. The group envisioned the establishment of a training center that will mostly cater the needs for revisions brought about by the new STCW- Manila Amendments. The word "Renaissance" in RTC means "resurgence of learning" which was literally directed on the grounds of the future changes in STCW, specifically the 9th resolution of Manila Conference which specifically calls for revision of existing IMO Model Courses and further development of new courses. RTC also offers IMO STCW required courses and other programmes designed to satisfy the training needs of our clients for them to meet quality and distinction in their own business process and operations.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Management System is arranged for the Requirements of DNV Standard for Certification No. 3.402 Maritime Training Centers October 2009.
Renaissance Maritime Training Center has developed and implemented Quality Management System to better satisfy the needs of its client and to improve the management of the company.
Our company has established a separate Procedure Manual to assist the employees and the company as a whole to perform all procedures and process involve in the business flow of the company.
